Shipping and Returns Policies

Shipping Policy:

We process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. In the event of any significant delays, we will promptly notify you via email or phone.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm within the continental United States.

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S. and do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may apply to international orders.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.

 

Return Policy:

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unopened/sealed product within 15 days of the purchase date for a full refund or store credit. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

To initiate a return, please email our customer service at [email address] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you receive the RMA number, securely package the item in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase. Please ship the return to the address provided on your shipping label. Please contact us for further instructions.

Please note that you are responsible for all return shipping charges, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 10 days. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you via email once your return has been processed.

Please be aware that opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Legacy Audio Return Policy:
