Shipping policy

We process and ship orders the same day they are received. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times. In the event of any significant delays, we will promptly notify you via email or phone. Some special item orders such as Legacy Speakers and Mcintosh could take longer and not ship the same day. All Kaleidescape orders ship same day

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated during checkout. Overnight delivery is available for orders placed before 12pm within the continental United States.

We currently only ship to addresses within the continental U.S. and do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Upon shipment, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active.

Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may apply to international orders.

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claims process.
