Patented Perforated Phase-Aligning (PPA™) Tweeter and Midrange Lens Technology

The distinctive perforated lens in front of the tweeter and midrange drivers enhances and smooths sound output without introducing coloration. This innovative design also serves as a protective barrier, safeguarding the drivers from damage.

Patented Active Ridge Technology (ART™) Surrounds

The Premier Series incorporates Epic Systems’ patented Active Ridge Technology (ART) surrounds, developed in-house and seamlessly overmolded onto each woofer and midrange cone. This design allows for greater excursion, resulting in a 3dB increase in output and a 50% reduction in distortion. Made from injection-molded thermoplastic elastomer, ART surrounds provide unmatched durability and reliability, ensuring a lifetime of exceptional audio performance.

Crafted in Canada

The Premier Series speakers are designed, engineered, and manufactured in Epic Systems’ advanced 225,000-square-foot Canadian facility. Built using heavy-duty, non-resonant 3/4-inch MDF with strategically placed interior bracing and reinforced 1-inch MDF front baffles, these speakers deliver unrivaled audio performance in their class. Smooth front baffles minimize diffraction and optimize sound radiation characteristics, while premium, furniture-grade finishes complete the aesthetic. The craftsmanship and attention to detail are evident in every component.

Epic Systems collaborates with Canada’s world-renowned NRC (National Research Council) on continuous research into the nature of sound and human hearing.
