Warranty

Kaleidescape provides a standard 60 month limited warranty for new Strato or Terra hardware products. More information, including the term for remanufactured products, can be found in the Warranty Period Policy at https://www.kaleidescape.com/legal/warranty-period.pdf.

If a product is resold or transferred, then any remaining warranty coverage transfers to the new owner.
